STEPHEN CHAN ON CHINA-AFRICA RELATIONS (R)*

I have been researching China-Africa relations lately and hadn’t been to a public lecture for a while, so it was a joy for me to meet Prof. Chan, author of The End of Certainty - Towards a New Internationalism, and hear him speak today on the subject from quite a challenging and insightful perspective at the University of Stellenbosch.
