"DRUM JAM" IN THE WHITE HOUSE...

... ON THE PATH TO SELF-RIGHTEOUS "MORE AFRICAN THAN THOU"?

LLLOOOLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!
(as they laugh in the blogosphere...)
I wouldn't be surprised either!
Becoming "more African than thou" after a "drum jam" is just one of the manifestations of that all so pervasive "cultural nouveau-richisme"... And I swear to "Vulture" that I'm not talking about "cultural vulturism"!!!

;-)

Excellent pictures. IIt took me about two times to notice that it was not fprmer President Mr. Bill Clinton, but it was President G.W. Bush. I must confess though I was not aware of the malaria awareness day, but am happy that malaria is getting some much serious attention here.

Thanks!

LOL!!!

I guess Bush was trying to emulate the famous jam session good old Clinton once had at the White House with the likes of Grover, Herbie and other jazzmen... and won! Did you see the video? The man's got tha moves! ;-)

Anyway, on a more serious note, I agree with you that the malaria awareness day is a good initiative to call attention to it and probably, if Bush keeps trying to emulate Clinton, he might as well start a Foundation for the Eradication of Malaria after he leaves the White House, the same way Clinton is working on AIDS... and let's hope that both win at that!

Welcome Benin! So good to have you here! I'll look forward to more visits and comments from you...

Thanks very much indeed my brother!!!
